New central coolant system strengthens process stability, quality and working environment

To ensure a stable and robust production, Falks Metall continuously invests in technologies that make a positive difference. The latest addition is a new central coolant system with advanced particle purification.

The system has a capacity of approximately 18 m³ and is designed to be able to supply up to 50 machines.

An important part is the automatic control of the emulsion, as well as the continuous monitoring of temperature and pH levels. It provides better control on critical parameters and contributes to:

• Increased process stability
• Higher and more consistent machining quality
• Improved working environment
