Anna Falk becomes new CEO of Falks Metall

As part of a long-term shift, the Board of Directors has appointed Anna Falk as the new CEO of Falks Metall Aktiebolag. Anna entered the position on 7th of January 2026.

Anna has been active in the company for 18 years and has a deep understanding of Falks Metall's operations, culture and values. She knows the organization well and has a strong commitment to ensuring that people thrive and develop in the company. The Board of Directors and the company are confident that Falks Metall will continue to develop strongly under Anna's leadership.

During his 30 years as CEO, Per has lifted the company from a small business to a process-driven, innovative and well-managed company with a high degree of automation. Through a consistent focus on technology and development, he has laid the foundation for a business that enables advanced machining with a high degree of optimization. Our purpose has always been clear: Falks Metall should do what has to work. Because someone, somewhere, is dependent on it.

Per will now move to the role of business developer within Falks Metall, where he will continue to contribute to increased customer value and long-term development.
